Sessions are by appointment only. There are no "Walkin" appointments available at any time.

ARRIVAL: First time clients please arrive 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED SESSION to settle in and prepare a brief introduction form.
Life is full of unexpected surprises, and it is understood that sometimes there may be an delay out of our control. If this occurs you may still receive your full session if time on the schedule allows.
Unfortunately if time does not allow- your session will be abbreviated to what session time you have left.
CANCELLATIONS: Things do happen and many times we need to reschedule appointments. You are required to cancel 24 hours prior to your session to avoid a full session fee. You will receive an email reminder from Tami Lesser Skincare appointment scheduler 2 days prior to your session. This is to ensure enough time to reschedule if necessary.
The email reminder is a courtesy, and it does not exempt from the cancellation policy
Your time is valued and respected as well. If for some reason we need to cancel your scheduled appointment without 24 hour notice, you will receive a replacement session to you at no charge to you.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift certificates must be presented at the time of your appointment for payment. Gift certificates are nonrefundable or redeemable for cash, and must be used by the expiration date noted on the card. Gift certificates will be forfeited if there is a failure to provide 24 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling any appointment made.
REFUNDS: There is no refund available on any package or prepaid sessions. You may be entitled to a full refund or exchange for equal value on any skincare product that has been purchased from Tami Lesser Skincare, as long as it is within 30 days of your original purchase and unopened.
